American Eagle Outfitters : Cramer likes retail here and would buy AEO under $21.

ValueClick : Cramer believes that ValueClick is still a logical takeover target.

Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Wachovia : Buy it right now, Cramer said. The conditions are right for Wachovia to prosper.

Sierra Wireless : Cramer had been negative on this stock but now thinks he got it wrong. He would buy SWIR but remains neutral on the rest of tech.

Aqua America : A “very tough call,” but Cramer finally settled on WTR as a “don’t buy.”

Terex : Let it come in and then buy it, Cramer said.

Isle of Capri : Cramer is no longer bullish on any of the casino names, including ISLE.

Cerner : This medical records play is dead money, according to Cramer.

Wellpoint : Here’s Cramer’s health insurance pecking order: Humana then WellPoint, followed by CIGNA and Aetna .
