American Eagle Outfitters [AEO Loading... () ]: For retail, Cramer likes TJX [TJX Loading... () ], Costco [COST Loading... () ] and Wal-Mart [WMT Loading... () ]. AEO is a don't buy, he said.

Ford [F Loading... () ]: Go with the preferred stock rather than the common, Cramer said.

Foster Wheeler [FWLT Loading... () ]: "This is a tough tape. Let's buy slowly." That's how Cramer has been building a position in FWLT for his charitable trust.

Mindray Medical [MR Loading... () ]: China is too hot right now, Cramer said. He will only recommend Baidu.com [BIDU Loading... () ] and Focus Media [FMCN Loading... () ] in that market.

Textron [TXT Loading... () ]: TXT has one of the best quarters Cramer has seen, he said, but in this market investors need to be cautious. Buy in increments as the share price declines, he said.

Intercontinental Exchange [ICE Loading... () ]: ICE could drop as low as $100, Cramer said, from its Wednesday close of about $116.

Elan [ELN Loading... () ]: Don't buy, Cramer said.

Arch Coal [ACI Loading... () ]: "ACI is good. Peabody [BTU Loading... () ] is better. And I'm reopening the book on Patriot Coal [PCX Loading... () ]."

]: Sell Intel, Cramer said.

Chimera Investments [CIM Loading... () ]: "I feel very confident" in Chimera, Cramer said. Along with Annaly [NLY Loading... () ], it's "one of the two best ways to play the crisis in housing."
