I think India is more recession proof, says Tim Seymour, because it’s growing quite bit. I like ICICI Bank , Infosys Technologies as well as the ETF’s.

I’m not crazy about JC Penney, replies Jeff Macke. I like Costcoand Wal-Mart.
I would buy JC Penney at $45, Karen Finerman adds.
