Paul writes, "Pete, You mentioned there was a lot of options activity going on with CNET Networks [CNET  Loading...      ()   ]."

Options action suggests there's a move coming in April, replies Pete Najarian.

Michael from New York

Michael writes, "You mentioned Brazil and China. How do you feel about the emerging markets in India?"

I think India is more recession proof, says Tim Seymour, because it’s growing quite bit. I like ICICI Bank [IBN  Loading...      ()   ], Infosys Technologies [INFY  Loading...      ()   ]as well as the ETF’s.

Rob writes, "What’s happening in retail, especially with JC Penney [JCP  Loading...      ()   ]? Are there any buys here?"

I’m not crazy about JC Penney, replies Jeff Macke. I like Costco [COST  Loading...      ()   ]and Wal-Mart [WMT  Loading...      ()   ].

I would buy JC Penney at $45, Karen Finerman adds.
