American Apparel's Dov Charney: An Update

I've received so many emails from readers who are interested in following up on how American Apparel is doing and asking for details of CEO Dov Charney's sex harassment trial.
The quick update is that Charney's attorney won an appeal. Now the case is back in arbitration. It could be there for as long as a year. We'll keep you posted.
A side note: We're told that the retailer/manufacturer has consistently posted blowout comps of late.
