Expect to hear potentially market moving news out of DuPont, Genentech and Aetna on Friday. All three firms are holding analyst meetings. So, what’s the scoop?

Analyst meetings have had more impact lately because the markets are volatile, explains Pete Najarian. People don’t want to wait an entire quarter to get news. So these meetings are becoming critical.

I think the news should be good, speculates Guy Adami. 25% of their revenue comes from agriculture. I think it’s a cheap way to play the ag space.

And on a technical basis this stock looks attractive, adds Joe Terranova.

Genentech  [DNA  Loading...      ()   ]

I’m expecting positive news, says Pete Najarian. I bought calls, on Thursday because I like the chart. And this stock is way off its 2007 highs, he adds.

Aetna  [AET  Loading...      ()   ]

I think this stock is worth watching says Pete Najarian, especially after what happened with WellPoint and Humana this week.
