NEW YORK - Major beverage stocks were mixed Tuesday morning after the Commerce Department reported a drop in retail sales in April. Excluding auto sales, however, results were better than economists had expected.

How shares of some major beverage makers performed just after the opening bell:

Molson Coors Brewing Co. fell 26 cents to $56.80.

Anheuser-Busch Cos. added 30 cents to $51.91.

Coca-Cola Co. rose 10 cents to $56.50.

PepsiCo Inc. fell 7 cents to $67.28.
