Willbros : “I want you to buy Willbros.”

Western Refining : WNR and Valero are too cheap, Cramer said. Refining margins are taking a turn for the better.

Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Public Service Enterprise : “That stock’s down to much,” Cramer said. PEG is a great utility to own.

Alcatel-Lucent : “There’s absolutely nothing there.” Sell, sell, sell.

Enterprise Products : Cramer said the 7% dividend yield makes EPD a buy.

Verizon : Verizon should go to $40, Cramer said. He recommended Homegamers buy VZ.

Agrium : Cramer agrees with Deere CEO Bob Lane that there will be ups and downs in the ag sector, but the general trend is positive over the long term. So investors should buy AGU on a pullback and then take profits when it peaks. “Buy some at $62 and then wait until $57. Use a five-point scale,” Cramer said.

Goldman Sachs : “That’s the one to own,” Cramer said. He’s also bullish on JPMorgan Chase.

Jim's charitable trust owns Goldman Sachs and Verizon.
