Lightning Round: Crocs, ConAgra, Countrywide and More

Crocs [CROX Loading... (%) ]: Nothing proprietary about Crocs merchandise, Cramer said. Don’t buy.

Countrywide Financial [CFC Loading... (%) ]: Cramer personally wouldn’t want to own Countrywide or Bank of America [BAC Loading... (%) ], its acquirer. However, he believes the deal will close and said CFC could be owned for those who want to buy it on BAC’s takeover.

Calpine [CPN Loading... (%) ]: The energy complex is a good place to be as far as Cramer is concerned, but why not go with less risky stocks like Duke [DUK Loading... (%) ] or Exelon [EXC Loading... (%) ]?

Acadia Pharmaceuticals [ACAD Loading... (%) ]: It’s a sell. Cramer would buy Gilead [GILD Loading... (%) ], which he thinks can grow 20% or Genentech [DNA Loading... (%) ] above $80 but not Acadia.

Zoltek [ZOLT Loading... (%) ]: “Played out.” When Cramer sees a good quarter, maybe he will reconsider.

IAC Interactive [IACI Loading... (%) ]: There’s “nothing special” in IAC that Cramer can see.

Aircastle [AYR Loading... (%) ]: Cramer admits that he blew it on the aircraft leasing business. It turns out Aircastle and Genesis Lease [GLS Loading... (%) ] were actually front and center in the credit crisis and he said he should not have recommended either.

ConAgra [CAG Loading... (%) ]: It’s too late to buy CAG, Cramer said. The trade has been made.

PNM Resources [PNM Loading... (%) ]: There’s not a lot of upside here, according to Cramer.
