Filomena

Labor Day, 2007.   The traditional end of summer.  Seth Tobias uses the long weekend to blow off steam.  He's been drinking heavily and doing cocaine.

Night falls, but Seth isn't ready to wind down.  He wants to party.   At 11pm Filomena goes to bed. She figures Seth will be along.  But he never returns.

Filomena frantically calls 911.  Seth is dead in the swimming pool.
