Opening Glance: Construction, engineering mixed

NEW YORK - Shares of construction and engineering companies opened mixed Monday as the broader market edged higher on lower oil prices and a stronger dollar. A Morgan Joseph analyst reiterated his better-than-average outlook for Fluor Corp. before its first-quarter earnings, scheduled for release at the end of trading.

How some shares of construction and engineering companies are faring:

Fluor, down 83 cents to $163.14.

McDermott International, down $1.38, or 2.6 percent, to $52.52.

Jacobs Engineering Group, down 40 cents to $86.36.

Perini Corp., up 15 cents to $41.
