As you look for your next trade, find out why you might want to stick with US based firms engaged in global growth.

Earnings came in better than expected (ex-financials) and the global growth story continues to be strong, explains Zachary Karabell, President of River Twice Research.

Also you’ve got a weak dollar that’s playing into the bottom line and you have US companies that are considered proxies for the US economy and are being penalized because of it.

As a result, I like undervalued US companies that are trading underneath the market and are generating growth from outside the US. Check out Caterpillar [CAT  Loading...      ()   ], Manitowoc [MTW  Loading...      ()   ], and IBM [IBM  Loading...      ()   ].
