Cramer: Buy Nucor's New Stock Offering

Nucor announced after the bell Monday that the company plans to sell 25 million shares in a new stock offering near the end of May.
It’s a “great opportunity to buy [NUE] at a discount,” Cramer said, “and I would encourage you” to get in on it.
