Warren Buffett held a news conference in Milan, Italy Thursday on the fourth and final stop of his 4-day European tour.

Among the highlights: Buffett said that the high price of oil has an impact on society but doesn't affect his investment decisions all that much.

He also spoke about his reluctance to influence the management of companies in which he owns stock, his thoughts on what makes a good manager, and why he spends more time on a computer than Bill Gates.
