Life After Microsoft-Yahoo

According to Jeffrey Lindsay, Senior Analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein, Yahoo is the big loser in the following period of uncertainty. Macke ponders why would Google do a deal with Yahoo, instead of beating them outright and Lindsay adds Microsoft is no winner either, as their opportunities in the Web ad space are dead. It's noted that Google monetizes its ad inventory 80% higher than Yahoo.
