The Consumer Price Report to be released on Friday may rattle an already volatile market. Economist Michael Darda predicts "hot headline numbers" and imminent rate hikes.

An inflation expectation survey that is part of the report being released tomorrow is key and will likely support the hawkish tone of the fed. He advises sticking with stocks an inflationary environment, using the battered two-year treasuries as an example.

Darda continues by stating the rate hike expectations are real and not going away. "If Bernanke can succeed in getting inflation expectations to pull back ... that will be good for the dollar" and offer some relief in crude oil prices.

Macke: "Rallies are made to be sold."
