News hit the wires on Thursday that Microsoft is no longer willing to buy all of Yahoo!, but might be open to an "alternative transaction."

Still, Cramer said he thinks that Carl Icahn might be just the person to bring Microsoft back to the bargaining table.

“I think Icahn will be saber rattling," Cramer said. "I think he shakes up the [Yahoo!] board and then Microsoft comes back.”

"I would buy more Yahoo!," Cramer said.
