Countrywide Shareholder Meeting: What Happened

Here are interviews with two shareholders who attended the standing room only meeting at Countrywideheadquarters today. One is Scott Adams, of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, which voted "yes" today with its 48,000 shares.

Adams is a long-time critic of CEO Angelo Mozilo's pay package who felt he had to vote "yes" in "this shotgun wedding." The other interview is Susan Maleski, who bought Countrywide shares after Bank of Americadecided to buy the mortgage giant. Though she considers Mozilo "a crook," she felt her shares were a good way to buy BofA "at a discount."
