Round 1: Your Plays
- Whatever you're selling... your self-confidence is the single greatest asset you have.
- Even if you're a shy person.. authenticity to your true personality will allow you to master selling.
- At the end of the day you are selling yourself first.. and your energy is transferred to the product.

Round 2: Your Plays
- Really knowing someone starts with knowing their story.
- Before the sale, get to know your customer.. but don't over-sell.
- Make the most of your first 30 seconds.. explain what you're doing.
- Don't be afraid to ask for a commitment..

Round 3: Your Plays
- Your "intent" is what separates manipulation and persuasion.. and people will always be able to feel your intent.
- Inducing pressure on your customer backfires in the end.
- Find your moments to just be quiet.
