Former Citigroup CEO Prince Joins Xerox Board

Former Citigroup Chairman and Chief Executive Chuck Prince has joined the Xerox board of directors, Xerox said on Thursday.
Prince also is a member of Johnson & Johnson's board and a trustee at The Brookings Institution and The Juilliard School, as well as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, Xerox said in a press release.
Xerox Chairman and Chief Executive Anne Mulcahy, meanwhile, is a member of Citigroup's board.
Xerox also promoted Stephen Cronin to senior vice president from president of Xerox Global Services.
