CNBC's "Fast Money" and "Mad Money w/Jim Cramer" to Air at New Times During the Olympics

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. – July 15, 2008 CNBC, First in Business Worldwide, today announced beginning Monday, August 11th through Friday, August 22nd, the network will broadcast "Fast Money" and "Mad Money w/ Jim Cramer" at new times during CNBC's Olympic coverage.

CNBC's "Fast Money" will broadcast live from CNBC Global Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ for a half-hour program from 1:00PM – 1:30PM ET Monday through Thursday during the Olympics. On Friday, August 15th and Friday, August 22nd, "Fast Money" will broadcast live for the full hour from 1:00PM – 2:00PM ET also from CNBC Global Headquarters. In addition, "Fast Money," which normally broadcasts live at 5PM ET, will air 9PM-10PM ET weekdays from the NASDAQ Marketsite studio in New York City's Times Square during the Olympics.

CNBC's "Mad Money w/ Jim Cramer" will broadcast live for a half-hour program from 1:30PM – 2:00PM ET Monday through Thursday during the Olympics. In addition, "Mad Money w/ Jim Cramer," which normally broadcasts at 6PM and 11PM ET, will air for a full hour during its regularly scheduled 11PM ET timeslot.

CNBC previously announced it will carry 95.5 hours of Olympic programming over 16 days, beginning Saturday, Aug.9. On weekdays following "Closing Bell," CNBC will feature long-form coverage of Olympic boxing from 5PM-8PM ET during "Fast Money" and "Mad Money w/ Jim Cramer's" regularly scheduled broadcasts. From midnight-4:30AM. on most nights, CNBC will have expanded, long-form coverage of a wide variety of Olympic sports such as softball, tennis, weightlifting, wrestling and badminton.
