EU inquiry deadline for Sabanci, Verbund buy of Turkish power cos August 27
BRUSSELS (Thomson Financial) - The European Commission said the deadline for its inquiry into Verbund AG. and Turkey's Sabanci Holding AS.' proposed acquisition of electricity distribution in the regions of Ankara (Baskent EDAS) and Sakarya (SEDAS) is set for August 27.
Financial details were not disclosed.
