NEW YORK - Shares of some top oil companies are up at noon:
Chevron rose $2.66 or 3.7 percent, to $74.68.
ConocoPhillips rose $1.50 or 3.1 percent, to $49.52.
Exxon Mobil rose $2.08 or 2.8 percent, to $76.39.
Marathon Oil rose $.62 or 2.7 percent, to $23.83.
