NEW YORK - Shares of some top commercial banks companies were up at the close of trading:
First Horizon rose $.49 or 4.9 percent, to $10.42.
National City rose $.13 or 7.7 percent, to $1.82.
Wachovia rose $.45 or 9.0 percent, to $5.44.
Zions Bancorp rose $1.28 or 4.9 percent, to $27.14.
