NEW YORK - Shares of some top chemicals companies are down at 10 a.m.:
Chemtura unchanged at $1.43.
Dow Chemical fell $.59 or 3.2 percent, to $18.01.
DuPont fell $.99 or 4.2 percent, to $22.61.
Rohm & Haas fell $.27 or .4 percent, to $71.03.
