NEW YORK - Shares of some top machinery companies are down at 10 a.m.:
Caterpillar fell $.92 or 2.4 percent, to $37.08.
Deere s fell $.75 or 2.4 percent, to $31.09.
Manitowoc fell $.46 or 6.2 percent, to $6.96.
Terex fell $.83 or 6.1 percent, to $12.82.
