NEW YORK - Shares of some top coal companies are mixed at noon:
Arch Coal fell $.22 or 1.6 percent, to $13.52.
Consol Energy fell $.66 or 2.4 percent, to $26.54.
Massey Energy fell $.32 or 2.4 percent, to $12.89.
Peabody Energy rose $1.22 or 5.9 percent, to $21.93.
