Fluor s rose $1.10 or 2.5 percent, to $45.12.
Foster Wheeler rose $.25 or 1.1 percent, to $23.11.
Quanta Services rose $.71 or 4.5 percent, to $16.37.
Shaw Group rose $.28 or 1.7 percent, to $16.93.
