NEW YORK - Shares of some top insurers companies are up at noon:
American Internation rose $.15 or 9.2 percent, to $1.80.
MBIA rose $.54 or 11.5 percent, to $5.20.
MGIC Investments rose $.26 or 12.8 percent, to $2.29.
XL Capital rose $.37 or 9.4 percent, to $4.31.
