NEW YORK - Shares of some top machinery companies are mixed at noon:
Caterpillar rose $1.81 or 4.8 percent, to $39.81.
Deere rose $2.25 or 7.1 percent, to $34.09.
Manitowoc fell $.12 or 1.6 percent, to $7.30.
Terex rose $.05 or .4 percent, to $13.70.
