NEW YORK - Shares of some top telecom companies are up at noon:
AT&T Inc rose $1.18 or 4.2 percent, to $29.22.
Qwest rose $.10 or 3.3 percent, to $3.09.
Sprint Nextel rose $.04 or 1.5 percent, to $2.70.
Verizon rose $.86 or 2.7 percent, to $32.99.
