Following are Tuesday's biggest winners and losers. Find out why shares of Steve Madden and Cablevision popped while Marvel Entertainment and World Wrestling Entertainment dropped.


POPS (stocks that jumped higher)

POP: STEVEN MADDEN (SHOO) POPS 5%
The shoe maker popping after beating on earnings due to successful sales of two of its brands

POP: CABLEVISION SYSTEMS CORP (CVC) POPS 8%
Karen says that although the company has options, they can't be trusted. Adami accuses the Dolan family of terrible facial hair.

POP: PITNEY BOWES INC (PBI) POPS 10%
Guy wouldn't rush in, but on a dip it might be worth a look



POP: DISH NETWORK CORP (DISH) POPS 7% 
Jeff says they're talking about merging with DirectTV, but he's skeptical

POP: ICICI BANK (IBN) Pops 16%
With more drops in inflation, the biggest Indian bank will continue to rise, says Seymour

POP: DAVITA INC (DVA) POPS 6%

DROP: OTTER TAIL CORPORATION (OTTR) DROPS 19%
Guy says their second quarter was a disaster

DROP: FORTRESS INVESTMENT GROUP (FIG) DROPS 13%
It hasn't been a good year for hedge funds, and the outlook isn't good

DROP: WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT (WWE) DROPS 8%
The wrestling entertainment company down after narrowly missing analyst estimates, reporting higher costs and lower revenue for the quarter

DROP: REGINALD PETERSON

A Jacksonville, Florida man calls 911 not once but TWICE after his Subway order did not contain the sauce he wanted. Reginald Peterson called the police when his sandwich wasn’t fixed the way he wanted, and then proceeded to call them AGAIN when they did not arrive at the scene fast enough.
He was then arrested on a charge of making false 911 calls.
