Brazil isn’t exactly an all-round Olympic powerhouse. But what they do, they do well. For example, soccer and commodities.

If you’re a sports fan you know all about Brazil’s prowess in futball and if you’re an investor you know all about their strength in metals and more.

From soybeans and coffee to sugar and copper if the world needs it, Brazil has it. And the world wants it! In fact, soaring demand has helped iShares MSCI Brazil Index [EWZ  Loading...      ()   ] vault to a six-fold gain in only 5 years.

And Brazil has discovered more! Just last year, the nation’s oil company, Petrobras [PBR  Loading...      ()   ], laid claim to the largest oil reserve in the Americas in more than 30 years.

But glory is fleeting and some investors are concerned that the bloom is off this rose. Fears of slowing global growth have sent commodity prices plunging.

If that’s the new trend, how should you trade Brazil?

I like Golar [GLNG  Loading...      ()   ], adds Karen Finerman. They have a big contract with Petrobras for floating storage and re-gasification units.

I think *CVRD [RIO  Loading...      ()   ] might buy Freeport McMoran [FCX  Loading...      ()   ], so I’d watch FCX says Guy Adami.

I’d look at *Embraer [ERJ  Loading...      ()   ], says Pete Najarian. They make executive jets.

I’d beware the ETF’s in foreign related names, adds Jeff Macke.
