S&P 500 Leads Global Indices for 5th Straight Day

Medal Rounds - Day 5:  Half way through the medal round, the playing field continues to shift.  The US' S&P 500 looks poised to stay on track for the gold, but the silver and bronze are up for grabs.  Five indices are all within 1% of second place. 

  • The UK's FTSE 100 charged back, gaining .9% and moving into second place
  • Australia and Sweden also moved up on the leaderboard into fourth and sixth place.
  • India's Sensex had a tough day, losing 2.44%
  • Of our original 20 indices, Mexico had the best day, up 1.4%
