There’s a great deal of speculation in the market about what Intel [INTC

] may have up it’s sleeve at the company’s Developer’s Forum Tuesday in San Francisco.
Internet blogs such as Brooke Crothers blog on computer chip technology expects to hear Intel talk about ways to make computers more efficient .
Crothers writes, “the headliner this year is indisputably the upcoming "Nehalem" Core i7 processor... it results in better battery life." Also Crothers writes, “Atom is next on the short list of high-profile topics--and Atom is (also) all about power efficiency.
FBR Intel analyst Craig Berger agrees. “Intel is benefiting from a couple product cycles,” he says on Fast Money.
"However, the stock is pretty much fully valued,” he adds, “They could see 10-12% upside over the next few months with the seasonal trade, but the risk is rival AMD [AMD

] who seems to be getting more traction with their products. Perhaps AMD will be able to win back share.”
The bottom line: Berger likes what Intel is doing but doesn’t love the stock. "There are better PC names to own," he says in conclusion. One of them would be Marvell Technologies [MRVL
