Clean Energy Fuels [CLNE  Loading...      ()   ]: “Very speculative.” Cramer said a November initiative in California could be a boon to natural gas and at that point CLNE could see a nice five-point jump.

Talbots [TLB  Loading...      ()   ]: Urban Outfitters [URBN  Loading...      ()   ] and TJX [TJX  Loading...      ()   ] are better retail stocks, Cramer said.

Vale [RIO  Loading...      ()   ]: This is a commodities bear market, so RIO has come down. And while Cramer said he sees value in this stock, Vale is a “don’t buy.”

VeriSign [VRSN  Loading...      ()   ]: Google [GOOG  Loading...      ()   ] is the only internet stock Cramer will recommend right now, he said. And even GOOG “is not for the squeamish.”

Whole Foods [WMFI  Loading...      ()   ]: Cramer can’t get behind WFMI, he said. Sell, sell, sell.

Tesoro [TSO  Loading...      ()   ]: Refiners can’t be owned right now, Cramer said. Don’t buy.

Foster Wheeler [FWLT  Loading...      ()   ]: Cramer said he’s sticking with FWLT even though the stock is down from its highs.
