In June of 2008, Osborn and Wright were named Men's Fitness Magazine's “Top 25 Fittest Guys in America”.  In addition to running and weight training, the granola that the guys developed helps keep them in model shape.

Before becoming the 'Granola Guys,' Jason Osborn and Jason Wright were models, earning up to $1500 a day.

Cooking in the West Village
Wright and Osborn started their granola business in this West Village apartment.  They baked, packaged, and labeled their granola in a tiny New York kitchen.

Industrial Kitchen
After earning license to handle and prepare food for sale, Wright and Osborn began baking the granola in an industrial kitchen.  Short on capital, they bartered granola for time in the kitchen space.

NYC Taxi
The trip from models to the entrepreneurs wasn't always an easy one. The Jasons had to transport large containers of granola in New York City cabs from a Queens kitchen all the way back to their West Village apartment headquarters.

Feed Machine
Wright and Osborn hit the road to promote Feed Granola all over the US.  They travel in   multiple hybrid SUVs affectionately called the FEED Machines.

Originally packaged in homemade coffee bags with computer made logos, Feed's packaging has evolved immensely.  Jason and Jason's main request was that the package to be reminiscent of a bag of “feed.” Source: Feed Granola Co.

From Runways to Conveyor Belts
Wright and Osborn make visits to their New Jersey based packaging plant, Hershey Imports, to inspect their granola. The granola is shipped from the packaging facility and sold at locations like: Whole foods, Fresh market, and Publix.

Five Feed Flavors
When Jason Wright and Jason Osborn started making Feed Granola they had 3 tasty flavors.  They have since extended the line to include 5 flavors in total: Blueberry Almond, Raisin Nut, Cranberry Coconut, Apple A Day, and Bittersweet-Ness.
