--PREVENT DRUNKEN EMAIL RANTS
Google's[GOOG  Loading...      ()   ] Gmail now has "Mail Goggles", a program to discourage you from sending angry emails when you are not sober. According to Web Monkey, the software "works by stopping your message when you hit 'send' and then presents a series of simple math problems you need to solve before you really send the e-mail." You can customize it to only kick in at certain times, like Saturday night. To add Goggles to your Google, go to https://mail.google.com/mail/?labs=1#settings/labs .

--GE, IMAGINATION AT WORK?
Feeling stressed? Worried about your company stock? Maybe you work at GE! The company prides itself on employee benefits, so we all just received "Don't Worry, Be Happy" emails from the corporate work/life division. The company will help suggest recreational activities for workers, find yoga classes, send you humor audio tips (Jay Leno, maybe?) or even recommend a landscaper (landscaper?).

Suggested helpful hints on dealing with stress can be found in an InfoPack, which includes a guide that "reveals the secret to being happy... learn what happiness really is, discover the benefits of happiness, and find out how you can increase your own happiness." Really? Look, I'm just happy to have a job.
