Baxter fell $1.58 or 2.9 percent, to $52.10.

Boston Scientific fell $.34 or 4.9 percent, to $6.57.

Hospira fell $1.66 or 5.7 percent, to $27.34.

Johnson & Johnson fell $1.14 or 2.0 percent, to $56.18.

Medtronic rose $.16 or .5 percent, to $30.45.

St Jude Medical fell $.54 or 1.8 percent, to $29.62.

Stryker fell $.81 or 2.1 percent, to $36.88.

Zimmer rose $.34 or .9 percent, to $37.11.
