“Put Cash to Work” on US Stocks
Harry Clark, president and CEO of Clark Capital Management, told CNBC that he thinks the bottom is in sight and investors should start putting their money in U.S. stocks.
“I feel pretty good now,” he said. "I think a bottom is in sight....It’s time to put the cash to work here...in U.S. stocks, particularly.”

Although he prefers infrastructure stocks, Clark said he also sees opportunities in technology stocks.
“We’ve been starting to nibble on them on those tech stocks in the last couple of days," he said. "They’re tremendous buys at this level.”
