Among the earnings projection stories for Tuesday, Oct. 28, from AP Financial News:

LISLE, Ill. (AP) — Electronic components company Molex Inc. on Tuesday predicted fiscal second-quarter revenue below analysts expectations, saying it expects $750 million to $800 million in sales for the period.

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Hazardous-waste services company American Ecology Corp. lowered the top end of its full-year earnings outlook on Tuesday, helping shares fall to a new 52-week low.

ST. LOUIS (AP) — Centene Corp., a health insurer, on Tuesday lowered the high end of its 2008 earnings forecast range, but raised the low end of its revenue projection.
