NEW YORK (AP) — Shares in Johnson & Johnson fell 4 percent Wednesday after JPMorgan downgraded the stock, saying it is overvalued.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) — Shares of VeraSun Energy Corp. fell Wednesday after a report surfaced saying the ethanol producer is looking into Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.

NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of Praxair Inc. jumped Wednesday after the industrial gas maker said its third-quarter profit rose 16 percent on a global sales boost.

NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of ViroPharma Inc. jumped Wednesday after the drug maker reported a surge in third-quarter profit from sales of the gastrointestinal infection treatment Vancocin, and issued a positive full-year outlook.

CHICAGO (AP) — Shares of discount housewares chain Tuesday Morning Corp. soared in trading Wednesday after an analyst upgraded the retailer's stock, saying the company has enough liquidity to give investors confidence.
