ELMSFORD, N.Y. (AP) — Pharmacy benefits manager BioScrip Inc. said Tuesday its profit slid 15 percent in the third quarter after it settled a civil suit with the U.S. Office of the Inspector General.
DENVER (AP) — Cimarex Energy Co. said Tuesday it swung to a loss during the third quarter due to a special impairment charge for its oil and gas properties as prices declined at the end of the quarter.
NEW YORK (AP) — Archer Daniels Midland Co. said Tuesday its fiscal first-quarter earnings more than doubled, beating Wall Street estimates as the company benefited from lower commodity prices and higher selling prices.
