Harsco gets $220 million credit facility
HARRISBURG, Pa. - Industrial services company Harsco Corp. said Wednesday it received a new $220 million credit facility, which replaces its existing $450 million facility that expires this month.
The new 364-day facility was co-arranged by Citibank and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Harsco has the option to increase the new facility by $80 million in the future with the consent of the lenders. The company now has short-term borrowing capacity of more than $700 million.
Shares rose 48 cents to $25.51 in morning trading.
