NEW YORK (AP) — Time Warner Inc. lowered its full-year outlook Wednesday, saying the weak economy and various restructuring charges will weigh down profits.

NORWELL, Mass. (AP) — Waste management services provider Clean Harbors Inc. said Wednesday that it expects to exceed its previous projections for full-year revenue growth.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. (AP) — Athletic footwear maker K-Swiss Inc. on Wednesday raised its full-year guidance due to an acquisition, but said its business is deteriorating due to uncertainty caused by problems in the credit markets and the likelihood of a recession.

TEANECK, N.J. (AP) — Information technology and outsourcing company Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. said Wednesday it expects fourth-quarter earnings of at least 38 cents per share.

FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. (AP) — Medical-device maker Becton Dickinson and Co. said Wednesday it expects profit and revenue boosts in fiscal 2009, but the guidance falls short of Wall Street expectations.

CHICAGO (AP) — R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., a provider of print and business process outsourcing services, said Wednesday it expects full-year adjusted earnings to come in range of analysts' estimates.
