NEW YORK (AP) — IAC/InterActiveCorp said Wednesday it swung to a third-quarter loss because of expenses related to the former Internet conglomerate's August split into five publicly traded companies.

TROY, Mich. (AP) — Manufactured home and modular building maker Champion Enterprises Inc. said Wednesday it swung to a third-quarter loss on an accounting charge and a weak market for its products.

CONCORD, N.C. (AP) — Speedway Motorsports Inc., which operates motorsports facilities, said Wednesday it swung to a third-quarter profit on higher revenue from NASCAR and other racing events.

ISELIN, N.J. (AP) — Maidenform Brands Inc. said Wednesday its third-quarter income grew on strong overseas performance.

NEW YORK (AP) — Apparel maker and retailer Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. said Wednesday fiscal second-quarter profit rose 40 percent, helped by retail sales at off-price factory stores and higher European wholesale revenue.

BALTIMORE (AP) — Television broadcasting company Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. said Wednesday its third-quarter profit rose 18 percent, helped by a strong surge in political advertising, but said a change in its dividend tax rate or a worsening economy could hurt its dividend.
