Mad Money Lightning Round: Spectra, Qwest, Allscripts and More

Thursday, 13 Nov 2008 | 6:56 PM ET

Spectra Energy - Buy, but does have exposure to natural gas, so Kinder Morgan Partners may be the better trade, as its nat gas exposure isn't as high.
Qwest - Buy, but note that AT&T and Verizon make more sense in that space.

Allscripts Healthcare - It's an "Obama Buy."

Massey Energy Company - Sell. Coal is NOT an "Obama Buy" -- coal is oversold. The China Fund may be the only decent coal play.

Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Freeport-McMoran - Buy. It has some fundamental worth as the cheapest mineral stock.

Scotts Miracle-Gro Company - Sell. It spiked recently because a competitor went out of business -- but the spike isn't sustainable.

NYSE Euronext - Sell, competition is too great.

Cramer's charitable fund owns Freeport-McMoran (FCX).
