Sports Biz
After Marisa Miller hit the cover of Sports Illustrated this year, her modeling career skyrocketed. She now has contracts with Victoria's Secret, Remington, Harley Davidson, Vans, Activision and the NFL. Maxim essentially named her the hottest woman in the world.
Last night, ahead of Victoria Secret's fashion show, I interviewed Marisa...on her endorsing of the brand and the economy.
I'm not kidding.
Photos are coming. Be patient.
It's the second time I've brought her on CNBC and I'm glad that I've found the secret to interviewing her. If you don't ask bimbo questions, and the model is actually smart, you won't get bimbo answers.
If I'm a CEO of a company, I'd love Marisa Miller to be endorsing my product with a sexy ad in a magazine or on a Web site. In this economy, you have to get people to stop. But I'd also sign Marisa Miller because she can get on live television and hit my message points without me worrying. Yep, there's a damn good brain behind that body.
Check out our interview from last night on "CNBC Reports."
I, of course, couldn't finish this blog without showing pictures of ads that Marisa is in.
