Douglas Emmett sets 18.75-cent dividend
SANTA MONICA, Calif. - Douglas Emmett Inc. said its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 18.75 cents.
The real estate investment trust said the dividend is payable Jan. 15 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31.
