Stop Trading!: Exec Comp, AmEx and Top Techs

Cramer's take on executive compensation? They should all skip their bonuses for their year -- not just the C-suite folks either, but managing directors as well, he says. Cramer feels they should all forgo bonuses this year -- "no equities, no cash."

As for AmEx, which has joined the financial companies getting government bailout money, Cramer says the company "went haywire and now we're throwing money at them." He just doesn't get it.

Finally, his two tech picks for 2009? With no hesitation, he goes with RIM and Oracle.
